- I will strictly adhere to all notary laws in the states in which I am commissioned as a Notary Public.
- I shall not, at any time, give advice of offer my personal opinion regarding the loan terms and conditions, or about the parties involved in the transaction.
- I will always conduct myself in a professional manner as to bring honor and respect to my office, the association and myself.
- I will handle all information that is given to me, or that I am exposed to, with the highest level of confidentiality to ensure integrity in all aspects of the service I provide.
- I will treat all people as I would like to be treated to maintain respect, equality and fairness.
- I will keep my client updated as to the status of the loan signing at all times.
- I will inform my client immediately of any changes, concerns, or requests made by the borrowers.
- I will perform the loan signing in a reliable and professional manner. I will pay close attention to detail and accuracy.
- I will return loan documents to the parties as instructed in a timely manner. I will make every effort to send the documents out via the designated carrier by the earliest available pick up time.
- I will always be honest and ethical.
